BOQ Group is undergoing a digital transformation to strengthen, simplify, and modernise our business—delivering better outcomes for customers and brokers. As part of this transformation, the current Virgin Money origination platform has reached its end of life and will be decommissioned. Virgin Money will cease to accept Home Loan applications for all customers on 29 April 2025 and the products will no longer be available in ApplyOnline.

Virgin Money interest rates update
Virgin Money variable home loan interest rates for new and existing loans will remain unchanged following the RBA's February 2025 cash rate change.

We’re making it easier to do business with us and would like to invite you to take advantage of our secure broker portal. You will have access to our credit policy, home loan calculators and other relevant documents and information to assist your customers through various stages of the application process.

If you’re already accredited with Virgin Money, you will receive an invitation with a unique code that can be used to login to the portal.
